"This hotel is set on stunning grounds, beautiful buildings, friendly staff. Major setbacks for such a stunning hotel, by appearance. Shower water was only tolerable, it was cold. The buffet breakfast, supposed to be hot, was totally cold. There was absolutely no attempts to keep it hot or warm. The room refrigerator was pathetic, i couldn't find a temperature adjustment, it didn't keep things much colder than room temperature. Extremely disappointed by something that looked so beautiful "

"Everything was perfect except the bed. Very hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately the bed quality does not match all the other things which are top notch, specially the service. ALL the staff members are lovely. "
