"The cabin felt cozy but was not very clean. We had to wait to enter our cabin due to lack of communication and the bedding was not done and there was an issue with the toilet. The carpet had tons of stickers from staff and other residents walking throughout. The inside was very stuffy and dusty. The shower water smelt like metal and had very poor pressure. The outside felt very eerie and not welcoming. The path ways were poorly light and you needed a flash light to walk from cabin to community center. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again."

"We stayed at the HERA Treehouse in Fredericksburg, TX for two nights and had a wonderful time. The property is charming, well-kept, and very private — perfect for a relaxing getaway with my wife away from the kids. It has all the amenities you need for a couple of days, and the atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. The only areas I think could be improved are the overall cleanliness and perhaps updating the towels and bed sheets for a fresher feel. That said, it was still a very enjoyable stay, and we’d recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, private escape in Fredericksburg."
