Staff could use some training. Namely bell men and help with luggage. All staff are very friendly and hotel is great. Why anyone would stay at B&B or other place escapes me.

The room was beautiful! The bedding was comfortable. The only complaint I have is the coffee was very weak and no flavor. They need to use better stronger quality coffee. Otherwise the stay was wonderful

Very pet friendly which was important to us. Very clean, friendly helpful staff. However, check in and check out was very difficult, because your staff didn't want to honor my Expedia reservation at first.Your check-out statement is very difficult to read, and even the person at your front desk agreed. Took me about 15 minutes to decipher the bill and make corrections.
