"위치가 대로변에 있어서 안전함. 성당 등 주변 관광지에 걸어가기도 쉽고, 마트도 근처에 많고, 버스 정류장도 근처에 많아서 아무거나 타면되서 너무 편했음(그라나다는 언덕이 많아서 버스가 타고 다니기 편했음, 작은 버스가 자주자주 다님)

"The staff was amazing, especially Sandra she helped me a lot everyday with the area and getting a taxi. Nothing in this area is walkable unfortunately so taxis tend to get expensive after a while. The hotel itself was really clean and I felt super safe as a solo female traveller. Breakfast was affordable and some good options! One thing that I didn’t like was that water wasn’t offered at all times but coffee was. Water was only during breakfast. Maybe that’s something they can consider offering...

"Das Hotel war hervorragend in der Ausstattung und im Service. Wir hatten ein Eckzimmer (dadurch 3 Fenster) und einen tollen Blick über die Stadt. Für das Auto gibt es einen Parkservice und man muss sich darum nicht kümmern (kostet 25 € je Tag). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, sehr gut und für jeden was dabei. Man kann gut zu Fuß in die Stadt runter und auch zur Alhambra sind es nur 400 m. Es ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! "

The hotel is new but the air condition in our room did not work. We asked the concierge to solve this problem. Initially he said that he was not in charge of this, but later he told us that we had to wait 10 min after turn on the air condition to work. However, it did not work at all. Fortunately, the climate was not hot, otherwise we could not stand...
