Great staff and location

I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years and it is always fantastic. It is much better than the price would indicate. Of course it is older than the newer properties but it is quiet, clean, and the staff is so friendly and so helpful. They make you feel like family. The location is great and even though it is close to pub Street, there is very little noise as long as you’re not in the very front rooms. I am from USA and I find this hotel to be every bit as nice as your average Courtyard by Marriott, or Best Western hotel.

Mega Noisy

If you value your sleep whilst open holiday avoid this hotel at all costs Avoid any hotel within 1km of pub street if you want to sleep TBH. Reaksmey is basic but nothing to terrible for the price. Could be cleaner, could be better service but it’s what it is, dirt cheap. If you want to party all night and sleep all day maybe it would be tolerable.

The hotel is very dated. It lacks modern amenities and looks far more charming in photos than in person. Noise pollution is a HUGE issue here. Music will pretty much blast loudly almost 24/7 with the cleaning crew and pool users causing the remaining portions of noise. There are no elevators, the restaurant and bars no longer operate. Staff is mediocre at best. Telephones unplugged. No microwave and a fridge that hardly works. This place is only good for convenience of its location to pub street but that’s also its major downfall and source of the bass pounding music. The moment you step outside you will be solicited endlessly. Also the “airport shuttle” is actually just a small tuk tuk. Rooms are dark and we had to immediately change rooms due to electrical issues and the power failing at our room. If this place was free, I still would not return.

Séjour affreux, jai réservé 3 chambres avec grand lit pour les 3 chambres, jai confirmé une fois de plus par e-mails mais arrivée pas de grand lit disponibles il a fallut discuter longtemps et attendre. Apres impossible de dormir il y a des bar ambulant juste devant hotel qui arrête la musique a 6 heures du matin ......... La chambre de ma mere sentez tres mauvais, eau usées

Economical yet clean, friendly, convenient

I was impressed, upon check-in, that I was offered an alternative room, to move to a room toward the rear of the building, to avoid all-night noise from nearby Pub Street. I love the convenience of the location. Cleanliness was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I will book here again when I return to Siem Reap.

パブストリートそばということで選択しました。年末のカウントダウンやらすぐそばのクラブの音楽が深夜まで爆音となり部屋にまで伝わってきます。部屋は値段相応で清潔感はあります。コンセントも変換プラグなしで日本のコンセントが使えます。シャワーは洗面台下のつまみを動かし温水をだします。（やり方がわからない初日は温水なしの水のシャワーを浴びました）水圧は弱いです。歯ブラシ、固形石鹸、シャンプーが付きます。朝食は４泊すると飽きてくるようなバイキング形式です。２日目の早朝停電になりましたが、ブレーカーが落ちただけでした。プールは入りましたが、１５メートル程度の長さです。夕方は日陰になり寒いです。

新しいホテルではないですが、普通に寝泊まりするだけなら問題はありません。 ただシャワーの水圧が弱く、温度もあまり上がらず慣れるまではぬるく感じます。 スタッフさん達も凄く親切で、繁華街からも近く立地は最高です。 ただすぐ近くがパプストリートなので朝4時過ぎまでは大きめな音楽が聞こえて来ます。 音楽、クラブ好きには良いです。 また利用したいと思います。

スタッフの方がとても親切でフレンドリーに接してくださいました！ 気持ちよく滞在することができました。 エレベーターはありませんが、スタッフが手伝ってくれます。 掃除も毎日綺麗に行き届いた状態にしてくれています。 プールもとても美しく気持ちがよく、子供が足をつけられる深さの部分もあり、娘と一緒に長い時間を過ごしました。 朝食はわりと種類が多いです。毎日美味しくいただきました。 オールドマーケット、パブストリートまですぐの最高の立地です。 唯一、難点ををあげるのならば、深夜の騒音が比較的大きいことです。 私達はあまり神経質ではないので問題ありませんでしたが、気になる方は眠れないかもしれません。 3時頃まで起きていた時もずっとその時間まで音が響いていました。 それを差し置いても最高のステイになりましたので、私達はまたこちらに滞在しにきたいと思います！ 素晴らしい時間をありがとうございました。

It's fine.

It's right by pub Street, so loud music (and screaming cats) till 4am. When I booked, for some reason I thought the bikes were included, but they apparently are not. The room is fine, the water is hot, I didn't see anything gross like cockroaches. The pool closes at 7pm so I never got to use it. The breakfast was meh. The location is great if you want to see pub Street and old market.

Helt ok, nära pubstreet.

Helt ok hotell nära pubstreet. Ganska lyhört och en del ljud från pubstreet på kvällarna, men inte så illa att man ligger vaken. Hotellet är billigt och som alltid så får man vad man betalar för, men helt ok ändå.

This place is right in the heart of Siem Reap nightlife, and for the price it’s pretty good. Personally I wouldn’t stay there again - I prefer something newer, bigger pool, quieter, etc. but if you want to stay right in the party street - go for it

酷かった

一週間滞在し、最初の部屋は電気がシャワーをしていたらブレーカーが落ちて真っ暗に、クレームをいいほかの部屋へほかの部屋でもまた真っ暗に、結局4回も部屋を移動し最後に部屋は一番ひどい部屋にこれで初日にお金をとることはおかしい ひどすぎます。
