I`m booking the Isann Villa. Special offer with good price. I`m arrieved the Isann Villa and the staff told me.... I must change the Villa. Why ?... Staff gave me no details. The new Villa was the Sothea Hom Villa. This Villa was very outside ! 10 min. walk to Main Street. 2,5 km to the Night Market, Very outside. Lot of cost for Tuk Tuk. The Room was big, clean and nice. Ther Manager and the Staff was friendly. The Sothea Villa had not a Pool. In the Room no Cool Box for drinks !

Blev hentet fra lufthavn, fik at vide vi kom til Isann Villa som er helt nyt. Det viste sig at stedet slet ikke svarede til billederne. Jeg gjorte opmærksom på, at det ikke var det jeg bestilte, dog uden respons og jeg så aldrig den unge mand som hentede os igen. Alt var rent og pænt og der var eller super service og meget venlig personale. Desværre var vores værelse meget mørkt uden udsigt, udenfor var et stort bord med 4 hårde stole som skulle deles med naboen, så først til mølle. Ingen mulighed for relex udenfor, så det var meget trist. Gæsterne ved siden af os, havde altid deres scootere til opladning ved siddeområdet foran vores dør, så det var ikke særlig hyggeligt. Når det er sagt, er det vigtig at nævne, at alt var super rent og der var et fantastisk personale, men jeg havde forventninger iht billederne, skuffende at jeg blev snydt og manageren (den unge mand) aldrig vendt tilbage som lovet.

Totally disappointed

I had booked two rooms. I was given the urban suite, which is spacious and nice however my business partner was given a room next to reception as there was mixed up in the room booking - unacceptable and no refund given. The urban suite claimed to have jetted bathtub - not true as It's just a normal bathtub. On the next day, there were no electricity and water as the hotel management overlooked to pay their utility bill. The hotel owners only offered to bring us to their affiliate partner hotel for a shower and we were supposed to return back to our hotel until I had to admonish the hotel owner to ensure that we are given rooms at their affiliate partner until we check-out. We were transported to their affiliate partner hotel, Manjula Villa ONLY at 11.00am and the replacement rooms given was mediocre as the A/C was not cold, room with a view to the reception area and no bidet in the bathroom. Totally disappointed and may re-consider any rooms recommended by Expedia moving forward. Business meetings were cancelled as I could not get ready on time, thanks to the lack of basic amenities and conscientiousness by the hotel management. Very frustrated as I had found better and cheaper hotels in Siem Reap.

Amazing place, a well hidden gem

Service was more than great, it was legendary, few times in our lives we get to receive this level of service, it is hidden but close to most busiest streets and a 15 minute walk to pub street, don’t get turned off by the alley where this place is located, most places in Cambodia are in alleys. Outstanding everything...
