古いけどその分スタッフの対応と笑顔が素晴らしいのでまた泊まりたい

皆笑顔で迎えてくれ、部屋の説明もキチンとしてくれ、今日は観光楽しめましたか？などホテルへ戻る度に声をかけてくれた。古くて昔ながらのホテルですがまた利用したい。もっと安いといけど。朝食をつけずに節約して外に食べに行ってもお店はある。目の前にレンタルバイク店、隣がマッサージ店、Pubストリートも近くいいホテル。

Do not bother. Both stays i am stuck in the lobby for an hour while they "freshen the room". Add to this the fact that i bought the lrevious night and checked in at 1130am because they failed to complete an aiport pickup...then arrive to be held in the lobby for a room that has a noon checkout 30 minutes later. Nice rooms and clean. But the staff ia clueless. They have no idea what service is. You oay for a night and an airport pickup and then get left to your own solution.

The hotel was in a great location with plenty of dining options within a five minute walk. The night market is just down the street and pub street isn't too much farther. The room was clean, but was lacking in power outlets. Standard bathroom amenities. You can book tours and rent equipment through the front desk or they can refer you to a company.

Relaxation time .

This is a great hotel , the staff are excellent. They always try to be helpful and efficient. The locatoin is brilliant being close to Pub street, Night market and restaurants. I have stayed before and will stay again .

Good location but not very clean

Very good location and delicious buffet breakfast although breakfast need to go out to the opposite building. Swimming pool is clean and good. Can enjoy lovely view and yummy cocktail available. Location is very good. Very close with 1 minute walk to night market and the connecting pub street nearby. Lots of restaurants, street food choice and cheap massage shops. However, the room seem does not have daily clean and towel replacement. I got my dirty towel with stain that I made at the first night and remain the same dirty towel to me when I return to room at the second night. Room fixture is clean and bed is comfy. And better reminded that free transfer is one way only.

クソマネージャーに騙された！

ホテルで予約した車込みのツアー代金60ドルを払っていたのに、再請求された！ 払ったときに領収書をもらってなかった私が悪いのかもしれないが、そもそも領収書を貰えるとおもってなかった。 前日に確実に支払ったのに、当日帰ってきたら請求された。 支払った！と強く主張するも、スタッフいわく、私の手元に領収書があるから、私はまだ受け取ってない！ 腹が立つ！

A éviter absolument.

Il s'agit de 2 hôtels du même nom situés à un carrefour extrêmement bruyant où les tuk-tuks tournent en boucle 24h/24 à la recherche du client potentiel. Et les chambres n'ont aucune isolation phonique. J'ai eu l'occasion d'en tester 3 en haute saison dont une suite à 70$ la nuit. Impossible de s'y reposer, j'ai visité les temples avec des cernes jusqu'aux genoux. Au pieds des 2 hôtels, bars et restaurants avec lâcher de dolbys de 20h à 2h du matin. Pas d'accès internet pour les pc, probablement dû au filtre de la box. Ne leur demandez pas d'essayer de résoudre le problème, ce sera cause perdue. La Direction de l'hôtel est impertinente et n'hésitera pas à vous escroquer, j'en ai fait l'expérience. le free pick-up à l'aéroport, c'est bien mais en tuk-tuk pendant 30 min et avec la fatigue du voyage, c'est franchement se moquer du client. Dans un monde imaginaire, cet hôtel aurait ses 4 étoiles, dans la réalité, vous pouvez lui en retirer au moins 3. Le pire séjour de toutes mes vacances.

Excellent hotel with extremely professional and friendly staff. Not fair to highlight individuals when ALL staff were so good but must compliement Mr Thy at chekin / front of desk who looked after me throughout, as well as Ms Lum, in the restaurant Ms. Sokna and at the BBQ On the terrace Mr Tim Sokha. The gentleman on the rooftop bar is delightfully helpful too. Rooftop pool Was very quiet the times I was there and was a lovely oasis to cool down amd relax at.

To no fault of the hotel, the level of outside noise from nearby bars with live music kept us awake until 1.00am. This would only be an issue if you wanted to get up for the sunrise Angkor tour (leaving hotel 4.45am) which we were. Otherwise, good experience.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating to make our stay pleasant. Right in the hub of activities - this is a positive or negative depending on your preferences. For us, we usually like to be near all the local venues for dining and tour access. It was not required however as the hotel set all up for us with a fantastic private driver, making the whole experience easy and trouble free.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s a very good experience. The food was good. Only complaint is not a good choice of food for vegetarian

スタッフがとても親切！

初めてのカンボジア。ほとんど無計画で来て どうやって観光しようかと思ってたら、ホテルのスタッフの方々がいろいろアドバイスしてくれて助かりました。出かけるときと帰ってきたときも必ず声をかけてくれて、みなさんとても親切でした。朝食もとても美味しかったです（ブラックペッパーがきいたオムレツおススメです）またシェムリアップにくることができたら次回もここに泊まりたいです。 強いて言うなら、部屋にコンセントがほとんどなくて携帯など充電に困りました。（照明器具のコンセントを抜いて使った）あと角部屋だったせいかwifiがつながりにくかったので、これが改善されたら もっと良くなると思います。
