"愛知県の自然に囲まれた素敵なお宿でした。愛知県在住ですが、なかなか県内旅行の機会はありませんでした。今回コロナで県外への行動制限により、このような発見ができてよかったです。古い建物ですので最新の設備ではありませんが、清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。(自然の中ですので虫は仕方がないと思います。) お食事も地産地消で楽しめました。忘れ物をしてしまいましたが、丁寧な梱包で迅速に対応して頂けました。"

"夫婦＋小さい子供2人の4人での宿泊でしたが、夜、朝ご飯共に子供にも配慮してくださった食事を提供いただいたり、時間の変更にも対応してくださったり、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。5歳の子も楽しんでくれたようで、次はもう少し早く来ようねと、再訪をを希望しておりました。建物は確かに古いですが、それが温泉旅館、的なところもありますし、水回りもそこまで気になりませんでした。時間の関係で今回は露天風呂に入らなかったので、次はそちらも楽しめたら良いなと思いました。ありがとうございました。"

"禁煙室のはずなのに強烈なタバコ臭さ、消臭スプレーも無意味でした。また、夜中中隣人のシャワーの音でも無いトイレの音でも無い、ポコポコ、グリュグリュとか奇妙な音が、かなりの音量で浴室とベッドの間から聞こえて来て一睡も出来ず。ただ、スタッフの方、お掃除の方、食事の担当の方の対応が良かったので苦情も言わずにチックアウトしました。 "

"自転車で大阪から東京までの行く道で泊まらせてもらいました。現地払いで予約していたのですが時間に間に合いそうになく先払いに変更していただきました。対応が早くて良かったです。 20時頃には宿の人はいなかったのですが、メールでチェックインの手順が送られて来てました。お風呂はわからないですが、お手洗いは綺麗でした。部屋やお手洗いにある水道の使い方は分からなかったですが、廊下にある水道も綺麗でした。泊まった部屋には小さい虫がいました。自分は問題ないのですが、苦手な人は気になりそう。厚めの布団が置いてあり、寝心地良かったです。エアコンが入る前から付いていて快適でした。宿のすぐ横に鰻のお店があったのですが、19時に閉まるらしく行けなかったです。今後また浜名湖に行くことがあればまた泊まらせてもらいたいです。"

"Despite being a foreigner in a commonly Japanese space, I was treated with the utmost care and respect. Being able to sample multiple variations of green tea (leaps and bounds more complex than any I had tasted back home) while looking out across the lake was an unforgettable experience. I wish I had stayed an extra night so I could experience a few more of the available services, but I did manage to purchase some tea leaves and orange juice for the journey. A top nitch experience all around."
