"Vastly overpriced and understaffed for what it is. Reminded me of a 1970's idea of what a reasonable hotel was. Positives: the staff are great but not enough of them. If they're on minimum wage it's criminal, they were so busy and deserve a LOT more. Negatives: Executive room, really? Separate toilet and bathroom with 1970's rendering on the walls. The TV is one step up from Cathode ray tubes, no casting here! Air con? Nope, you get a fan, in any colour as long as its white! Restaurant, apparently opens at 6pm but no-one there til 6.45. Gave up and went to the local Italian. Breakfast, nearly £20 per person and one, yes 1 Coffee machine for a restaurant that looks like it accommodates 100+. We waited nearly 15 minutes for Coffee by which time our breakfast was cold. The hotels one and only redeeming feature is it proximity to the docks. That's it. And at £260 per night per room you know it's a scam. Avoid, stay further out of town and use the short stay car parks by the docks."

"The room was plenty clean enough for a quick overnight stay. Nice and close to most of the city centre amenities. It was a little noisy but that didn't matter to me."

"We didn’t give the hotel an excellent because the elevators were awfully slow. Yes, we were boarding a ship so were all the other guests at the hotel. Otherwise a beautiful hotel. One of the best breakfasts we’ve experienced!! Much variety of breakfast items, and all were delicious!!"

"Unfortunately for us we arrived later in day and upon returning to our room later that night we found our bed was unclean.Also we had opened wardrobes to look for more pillows to find the previous visitors used socks. Staff were helpful in moving room but not ideal circumstances."

"Room with no windows!! You have to turn the lights on even in most sunny days... Drain blocked in the basin."

"Excellent location. Parking in underground car park good and inexpensive. Staff were very helpful. The Air conditioning was not functioning however was being repaired. As the weather wasn’t too bad this was not an issue during our stay."
