Great Hotel in Great Location for Ainu Museum

Beautiful modern hotel close to Ainu museum. Easy parking in front of hotel. Wonderful buffet for both breakfast and dinner.

Such a solid deal. Not only was it $60 USD in total for one night... Breakfast & Dinner was included in a buffet, food was the best buffet food I've had- what a great deal. Onsen experience was super fun as well.

The room was okay, very dated and felt like it hadn't been cleaned well. There was hair on the tatami. You also have to set your own futon. The only bathing facility is the onsen, which was lovely but could be an issue if you have tattoos. Front desk had an English speaker but using Japanese is easiest.

As a North American traveler, you need to make sure you select a western room that has a shower. Some of the rooms do not have a shower and you need to use the baths. This is a problem if you have a morning flight as the bath not open early enough. It is also a problem if you think you can shower in your own room.

期待通りの食事ができて満足です。量は食べれませんが白老牛は脂が多く非常まで満足感が高い。白老牛のアレンジも多くて満足。 ただ他のサイドは飛び抜けて美味いものは無いのでとにかく、牛肉をたらふく食べたい人にはオススメです。

着いた時のフロントの方が説明不足だと思いました。部屋に入ってから、少し戸惑いました。 露天風呂が有ると思っていたのに、窓が閉まっていて、露天風呂とはいえないと思います。 食事は良かった。特に果物の種類が多くて、嬉しかったです。 ただ、蟹の味噌汁が後から取りに行ったら、無くなっていて、残念でした
