"Amazing location for Shirakawa Go but away from the crowds up in the mountains the staff are great, food amazing, rooms basic but spotless. The onsen are great and the free guided walk was perfect. The shuttle bus to Shirakawa Go is brilliant, we were able to choose our drop off and pick up times."

"This was one of the most incredible experiences we had in Japan. The staff and service level are extraordinary. The 8 or 10 course meals at dinner and breakfast were an unbelievable experience. We traveled with young kids with varying degrees of adventurous eating and the staff was able to prepare dishes that were more western (mini sausages, fries, sunny side eggs). "家族旅行で宿泊しました。駐車場が建物の前にあり、無料のため車の旅行者におすすめです。 部屋はとても清潔で玄関で靴を脱ぐスタイル、床が低反発の踏み心地に感じて、過ごしやすかったです。 キッチンは一通りの食器や道具が揃っています。グラスが洗面分しかなかったので足りなかったです。ゴミの分別をして捨てられるようになっています。 お風呂は脱衣所がなく、玄関で着替えなのでそこが家族旅行といえど恥ずかしかったのと、テレビでYouTubeが見られますが前の宿泊者のログインがされたままで色々見えちゃったので、リセットできてたらいいなと思いました。"

"Very nice stay at hotel. I am on a full week motorcycle trip in Japan mountains and this was a great stop. After 8 hours in saddle the onsen was perfect. Food was excellent, breakfast really stood out. The dining area was really nice and with a view. Hotel is clean and although not very crowded, staff was attentive and helpful. I do not speak japanease but that was not an issue. Parking plentiful, wifi was good. Great stop in area of Japan Inhad not been too."
