"• Evidently, room cleaning for my room could only happen in the late afternoon (when I’m in the room), so my room was not cleaned/made up for four days. • The breakfast buffet is incredible! Tuck in! • The staff at the front desk were fabulous—they can help you with anything!"

"The whole experince was fantastic. Only exception was to do with the room tax. We stayed an extra night and you could not get into your room without paying the tax which was very annoying as it was 2am in the morning when i needed to get in my room and my purse was in my room!! Given i had booked 5 people in i thought was poor service not to take it on trust that i would pay in the morning before checking out."

"We stayed for one night, a Sunday, as a celebratory treat for our wedding anniversary. The Adelphi came up on searches based on location because we were going to see Marillion at the Philharmonic Hall. We were also intrigued to stay at the Adelphi because my late father stayed there many times in the 1980s with work. The building is stunning inside and out and a joy to stay in. The staff are friendly, helpful and happy. We had a great night in a beautiful room with a lovely buffet breakfast. So much food and choice and plenty of seating for quieter zone people too. Very reasonable priced stay for a Liverpool city stay. Well done Adelphi and staff."

A shout out to Perry for his spot on recommendations for food and games and to Maria for her sincere hospitality, always with a smile. She went above and beyond making us feel welcomed. Thanks again"

"Booked as we had a visit to the Bridgewater Hall. Hotel right behind - perfect! Booked room only, decent size room. , tea / coffee making facilities. Small gripe for me - shower was a fixed head over bath. Could only be rotated,not. moved up or down. Ate at hotel, bar lacked bit of atmosphere, but was a Sunday night. Would stay here again."

"I stayed in a king size room , the room was really clean , and comfortable , very comfy bed , and the room temperature was excellent and easy to control , the breakfast was a buffet style , and was good , the location was great for easy access to city centre venues . I stayed for for 1 night the staff were really helpful and friendly , the room price was slightly higher than usual , but I suppose it depends on what events are on in the city on that night , I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend ."
