The property looks like a building site completely scaffolded They have decided to get rid of a front desk so you have to battle with machines that don’t recognise your Expedia booking but a staff member will come to your rescue. After that The rooms are big and well maintained In a great position to access the heart of Manchester Would definitely book a room again and the renovation could only improve the experience

Jævnt dårligt standard hotel. Hvis vi havde vidst, at facaden var ved at blive renoveret, havde vi aldrig valgt dette hotel. Det stod ingen steder ved bookningen. Der var konstant håndværkere lige ude foran vinduet. Man kunne ikke åbne vinduet, hvilket efter 4 dage var ret klamt, og der lugtede dårligt på værelset. Pga stillads og film på vinduet, kunne vi ikke engang se, hvordan vejret var udenfor. Og de startede med at arbejde kl 7! Ulækre gulvtæpper overalt på hotellet, - det virkede utrolig uhygiejnisk. Vi havde bestilt et værelse med en dobbeltseng og to enkeltsenge. Den ene seng var en vanvittig dårlig fold-ud-seng, som ingen kunne sove på. Det var bare fjedrer med stof på. Vi bad pænt om en topmadras, men det fandtes ikke, så vi måtte nøjes med en ekstra dyne at ligge på. Det gav dårlig ryg efter at have ligget på den i 3 nætter. Rigtig kedelig og tør morgenmad. Færdig-produkter taget lige ud af pakken. Fx både pandekagerne og muffins, og der var intet pålæg overhovedet. Smagsløst og intetsigende. Imødekommende personale, men det vejede ligesom ikke op for alle de dårlige ting. Vi kommer ikke igen.
