From start to finish, our stay was amazing. The staff were all extra friendly and attentive. The decor and design all excellent. I used the gym which was the best hotel gym I’ve ever been in. No notes, fantastic stay

Room fine - staff really nice and helpful . Would have been five but I did not receive details about the car parking that I had paid for that led to some problems accessing the enclosed garage space - otherwise everything was good.

Very good location and very central. Hotel amenities were just what was needed to ensure a lovely stay. Bed could’ve been cosier and I with thicker pillows. The hotel breakfast was lovely and the attentiveness of the staff was a real bonus.
