"I will NEVER book a room with this hotel or any other hotel with Expedia. I made a mistake with the dates on my reservation and went back into the system to change it in less than five minutes. I needed the following weekend, but unfortunately the hotel did not have any rooms available that weekend. So I went to cancel my reservation through Expedia - all within 10 minutes of making my initial reservation - and I got a note back from them saying that they would try to get a partial refund of the amount I paid for the room. It took over three weeks to get a response back with Expedia telling me that this hotel would NOT refund any of my payment even though I never got to stay there. At no time did I get an opportunity to talk to a real person at Expedia. This whole experience was incredibly frustrating and the hotel's unwillingness to help me correct an honest mistake (even with a partial refund) will ensure that I NEVER stay at this hotel again and we will NEVER use Expedia again!!!"
