"We arrived in the evening, our key cards did not work twice and we finally were able to switch rooms. The dining room was vacant, the bar was open. A small Caesar salad was $17 - really?! The 'snack' area had some food choices that did not include prices - so you would need to grab some items and then take them to the check-in to find out what they cost. The room was great and we slept well. They could do better on displaying prices for items they sell. "

"It was a really clean and well maintained property. They forgot to put towels in our room. But i called when we noticed it , and they sent someone up immediately with them . All of the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend. "

"I had numerous issues with my stay at this hotel The first one being that it was a non-refundable room that was pet friendly it said but when I got there there was a $75 fee for my dog which I have never paid anywhere but didn't have a choice because I had a non-refundable room This was not listed anywhere in their information the lady acted like she really did not want to be at work or enjoy her job at all The first room she gave me still had the dirty linens on the sofa and in the floor so I had to drag all my stuff to the lobby along with my dog to get keys to another room that then would not work I couldn't open the door had to take everything back up there she had to fix the keys and I had asked about a late checkout for the next morning and called to confirm that check out on the next morning when the gentleman at the desk then told me that he could not approve any more they checkouts for that morning I did not know that a late checkout was something that they could deny never had it denied anywhere else even if I've had to pay for it which literally ruined my mother's day because I was supposed to been somewhere at a certain time and couldn't make it there because I had to stop and pack up all my stuff before I could leave All in all they had plenty of room for the dogs to walk people did clean up the dog's messes and stuff which made it much better It was very quiet hotel so I did like that there's only one microwave it was in the lobby not n each room that was weird"

"The only good thing was it was reasonably cheap. Got bed bug bites on 1 leg, bathroom looked like it hadn't been renovated for 50 years, room smelled strongly of smoke, entry door rattled loosely in its frame. Service at check in was behind a perspex panel, was rude, unfriendly and unappealing. Directly in a flight path so the whole place, including the hotel room was unbearably noisy (whole place shook sometimes when planes were particularly low). Cannot think of a single reason why I'd choose to return."
