The pictures don't do it justice; it was a wonderful experience. Very high quality Chalet with a spa like bathroom.
I would recommend this to anyone staying in the Peachtree City area.
We stayed at The Cottages for about 2 weeks, and THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay! Our detached cottage was cute, comfy and cozy, and the location was excellent. There’s a walking path adjacent to the property, which allowed us to go on evening walks surrounded by nature.
The location is also in good proximity of a ton of shops, restaurants, parks and lakes, so your wants and needs will certainly be met.
The owners of The Cottages were also outstanding. They were super responsive and attentive, which we greatly appreciated.
Should we have a need to stay in the area again, The Cottages will certainly be our first choice.
My husband and I came down for a quick getaway. Our cottage was perfect! It was new, quiet, relaxing, private, the beds were comfortable, and most important for me very clean! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back next time in Atlanta.
This space was perfect for a wellness getaway. I stayed locally so my husband could join me as well. I loved the deep tub, the lighting and shutters, and the cute tiny kitchen. The bathroom was definitely a high light. They left many snacks and water for you to enjoy.
The cottages were great. They were clean and had plenty of room. It was quiet at night. They were right next to walking trails. It was a short drive to grocery stores and shopping.
My stay at the Cottages at Laurel Brooke was wonderful. I wasn't in the cottage 10 minutes and I found myself taking pictures of the whole place (down to the Sumatra Coffee pods I love and drink at home) and texting them to my wife to brag on the place. My entire 4 day weekend stay was peaceful and incredibly comfortable. The pillowtop bed was fantastic! I am disabled, have a $5k bed at home, and NEVER get good sleep in a hotel. I travel with my own $300 mattress topper anytime I travel by car. I brought all my other stuff into the cottage and checked out the bed before lugging in this giant bedroll of mine. I ended up leaving it in the backseat....all weekend and slept great! I highly recommend the Cottages at Laurel Brooke to anyone traveling to PTC or the surrounding area. It is safer, comfier, more spacious and more private and quiet than any hotel room, and just about the same price!

Check-in was a little tricky at first — it took a bit of figuring out how to get the key box open — but once inside, the space was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks and water, and the large tub was wonderful. Towels and bathroom toiletries were provided and were excellent quality, which added a nice touch of comfort.
Unfortunately, what I had hoped would be a peaceful retreat turned out not to be. After a late check-in (due to cross-country travel and a two-hour time difference), we were very rudely awakened at 10 AM by an extremely loud leaf blower — it honestly sounded more like a chainsaw. The landscaper was blowing debris right up against our cottage, making it impossible to rest or relax. For a place that emphasizes tranquility, this was very disruptive. I’m not sure why such loud equipment would be used when guests are staying — simply raking would have been much more considerate.
The host did apologize afterward, but only offered a small token gift card, which didn’t quite match the level of disruption. Additionally, the price to book was higher through the third party, and I wasn’t able to book directly on their site since they don’t accept Mastercard (which I use for travel rewards).
Aside from that issue, the property itself is lovely with beautiful walking paths — though guests should keep an eye out for fast-moving golf cart
Great place to stay! Beautifully designed! Very clean! Convenient location! Walking paths right next to the property! Convenient location overall! Hosts were very responsive and helpful!
