Due to this mistake, we (incline my wife) had to experience seeing an adult male with almost no clothes. When we complained, we were told that they would make it up with a gift basket which never arrived. I was travelling with my family with young children."

"Staff were very welcoming. Hotel foyer opulent but so cosy. Food was nice but very western, not Arabic. Loved the fish dishes. Good location, opposite the beach, near the Aquarium, Maritime Museum and Sharjah gold souk. Liked that the pools had a canopy as it created some privacy. The spa was closed."

"Will never go back. The room does not hot water. Water is drinkable and they charge an arm and lig for water bottles. Everything is less than bear minimum "

"The property needs maintenance. The carpets in the hallways are stained. The ceiling in the toilet is also stained. The toilet counter is chipped. Wall paper needs to be changed as gap lines are starting to appear. This should not be the case for a 5-star hotel."
