"Elevators suck. Under Repair most of the itme and when not the system has some quirks. needs to be more efficient. Otherwise, good location and good service."
"i lived here for 6 nights, breakfast was great, staffs were very nice & helpful. I have to receive many packages online & they helped me collect & even take up the heavy package for me. Room is in good size & very clean, and the best thing I like is the robot food delivery, I used it many times. Plus the free laundry room with gym next to it! "
"The hotel has classic version and modern version in multiple buildings. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Lots good restaurant in a few minutes walking distance and opens until after midnight. The location is very close to main shopping street and restaurants. Our vacation was wonderful!"

There are many dining options around the hotel. The hotel is within easy walking distance to two major metro lines enabling access to all the sites of Shanghai. A practical, comfortable Shanghai base. "
