Great stay. Not too far from the center downtown, very walkable to everything you need.
Spacious room, with kitchen and all things you may need. Everything was clean, and staff were very friendly.

The furniture needs to be replaced. The sofa was very uncomfortable. The rooms look better in the photos. The only staff member that was nice was Helena. There were a couple of nights where a group of rowdy young men woke us up singing and yelling at 4:30am. The location was excellent.

Brilliant place to stay in Seville.
Clean and safe. With a small kitchen we could prepare vegetarian meals easily and cheaply using local produce.
Cleaning staff and reception were very good.

Building of modern apartments
Ideal location, close to central Sevilla (20 mins walk) but with bars and restaurants close by. Apartment spacious, modern with good fixtures and fittings, comfy bed. Didn't use sofa bed in lounge as a bed, but arm appeared faulty, otherwise ok.

Well maintained property and close to key tourist attractions. Parking is available for a additional fee (16 Euros per day I think); however it might be tricky to park. Had some issues with exiting the parking which wasnt straightforward at the time.

A gem of a place
Very close to lots of bars and restaurants, the apartment outweighed our expections, very clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet given its central location. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and we would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay!!!!

Very convenient, from the parking (wish we could reserve ahead of time), to the amenities in the apartment. Very convenient to the main attractions in Sevilla. It was a bit noisy (could hear neighbors talking loudly and kids screaming, furniture being dragged around). But overall was a great stay.

The hotel was amazing. Clean. The staff was very helpful. It’s a 15min walk to the cathedral.
Note: this is just an FYI. You have to pay for the safe, you have to pay for the Coffe pot and coffee pods. Laundry. Parking.

Slightly Disappointed
The reception was very welcoming, and the staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also great — very convenient and easy to access the Old Town, which we really appreciated.
However, the overall sleep quality was quite poor. There seemed to be an air conditioning unit or some kind of machinery on the roof that ran constantly during the night, making it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, it resulted in two sleepless nights for our family. If we had stayed another night, I would have definitely asked to change rooms.
It may be a small maintenance issue that just needs checking, as it doesn’t seem anyone has mentioned it before to reception. Hopefully, this can be looked into soon because otherwise, it’s a nice place with great staff and a very good location.

The apartment is in a large apartment building. Unfortunately, the apartment was a bit noisy. There are numerous places to have breakfast in the immediate vicinity. There are also shopping opportunities. The staff at reception are very helpful. If you arrive by car, there are parking spaces available.

The space was ample and clean. Beds including sofa were comfortable. All of the people at the reception were beyond helpful and very warm. We had everything we needed, amazing location, 15 min walking distance from the center. Near all of the historical landmarks. Loved it!!! Will stay with them for all future travel.

This is more like a service apartment - with full kitchen (but you'd better clean it well if you use it, or there will be extra cleaning charge, and a "studio". Much more roomy than regular hotels. The premise has laundramet.
It is just across the river from Seville city center. Everywhere is walkable, and Seville seems to have an excellent bike path network.
Lots of good local food options and grocery. It is a little bit out of the way from the train station, but taxi would be ust around ten euros.

The property is in a great location and was very clean. The person who greeted us was very willing to share local knowledge with us. The suite was very large and well equipped. However, the wifi only worked at one end of the apartment, as we came in the door. The hot water to the shower had pathetic pressure, making hair washing particularly a trial. We could hear noises from the apartment above us most of the night but there is no night person to report that to in hopes of getting the noise to abate.

It's a motel-style apartment complex, fairly neat and clean for this type of accommodation.
Friendly staff. Nice location walking distance to the old town (which attracted us to this particular property), paid parking right by the hotel. We liked the option of having a full kitchen and the washer! The room didn't have a toaster and a kettle, we requested both and staff has provided both.
The not so nice:
The beds are very uncomfortable. The sofa bed is old and gross. When it opens, two can sleep ALONG the sofa bed, so it's impossible to get up at night without disturbing the other person. We spent there two nights and definitely would not be able to stay longer. You can hear the noise of the neighbors, or people leaving early in the morning. When folks smoke outside of their units the smoke funnels inside if you open a window.
