"The hotel was lovely, and Jorge helped us take care of our bags and parked our car with a smile on his face. Despite the 109 degree heat, the rooms were cool and very clean. The pool was nice, but many of us trying to use it at the same time made for some tight quarters. Overall, very pleased with our visit and plan to return again!"

"The breakfast buffet on the top floor was definitely a highlight. Klem was the lady working the breakfast shift. She was wonderful. Very helpful, very kind and very quick to clean our table when we went back for more food. We had heard that Klem had family Venezuela and we wanted to send our very best wishes to her. "

"The staff and especially the front desk were very helpful. The hotel location is close to restaurants, shopping and the Cathedral. We walked everywhere very centrally located. Room size was ok, but their bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean and shower pressure was very good. The air conditioner was perfect our room and the hotel was very comfortable especially after walking outside under the sun and heat. We did not get breakfast so cannot comment on it."
