The building was very clean and secure. The apartment was clean and very true to the pics on the listing. The space very good for a group of 4, beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Great location, within walking distance of pretty much everywhere (except the airport, get the EA bus and walk 25 minutes to the accommodation). Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Cannot fault the place to be honest. Definitely stay here!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of property. Not knowing the area at all, it was the absolute perfect location. Walkable to everywhere we ventured. Very happy we chose this place.

Mixed but generally positive stay. Apartment was modern, spacious, stylish & comfortable with comfy sofas/pillows, plenty of plugs, patio & thoughtful touches like welcome pack and premium towels. For £249 for 3 nights in a 2-bed, value was decent. However, several issues affected the stay. Communication relied heavily on external emails for passport submission, entry codes & property info rather than through Hotels.com, which felt inconvenient. We even encountered a family locked out after missing the passport email. Entrance foyer also had an unpleasant smell, though upper floors were fine. Tea towels were initially thought missing and replacements were sent, but we later found originals hidden in a second welcome pack under the sink behind the bin. Clothes airer was also hidden beside wardrobe. Property manual was useful but easy to miss in email. Biggest issues were Wi-Fi repeatedly dropping across devices and living room air con buzzing/vibrating roughly every 2 minutes, sometimes vibrating walls. Bedroom units did not do this. Safety concerns included slippery stairs, very hot shower tap that burned me, sharp shower corner, dragging doors & loud pipe noise from neighbouring apartments. Minor cleaning misses included residue in kettle/cups. Customer service was polite, responsive & tried hard to help. Luggage storage was appreciated. Overall, good potential but held back by noise, Wi-Fi & practical oversights.

Cozy, Quiet Place

I wanted to share my feedback about my recent stay at your establishment. Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant experience during my visit. The accommodation was well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere that made my stay enjoyable. However, I would like to offer one suggestion for improvement. I noticed that the pillows provided were made of polyester material, and I believe upgrading to higher-quality pillows would significantly enhance the guest experience. Better quality pillows with more supportive and breathable materials would contribute to improved sleep quality and overall comfort. Despite this minor point, I appreciated the comfortable environment you’ve created and would consider staying again in the future. Thank you for providing a welcoming place to stay.

All great but the checkin process

The apartment was good and clean. All about the accommodation was fine, what I didn’t like is the checkin process and seeing another customer in the same situation than me, told me that it was not just my fault. Fortunately I had internet service in Spain, if not, I don’t know how I would do it. I have to thank the team for letting us checkin earlier, as we arrived to Seville before the expected time and we didn’t have anywhere to be until 3pm. If WhatsApp is the way to do it, please reach out to your customers 3 days before checkin and send the instructions and forms to fill by WhatsApp well ahead of time. I had to call just to find out that I had to fill forms for my whole family, so there we were in the front door filling forms and waiting for the code to enter the building. I read afterwards that somewhere in the reservation says to reach out the apartment 72 hours before, but honestly I did the reservation months before and I would have appreciated to be reminded that we needed the forms and the WhatsApp requirement to obtain the codes.

There where 3 safety issues. Step just at the enterance that I fell and injured knee. Owner only apologized for it. Water was leaking from ceilings in hallway made it slippery. There was a slight slope in hallway that my wider almost fell Photos are misleading. There is no large balcony. Second room was a large closet had only room for 2 small beds. No instructions was provided for kitchen appliances . Main bedroom is faced to a busy street no way you can have sound sleep . Customer service is merely a large corporation lip service. No solution provided.

Very clean and kitchen was well appointed. We had a ground floor unit so there was street noise in the evening (night was fine). We also had a patio instead of a deck so no views and only somewhat private (upper units had windows onto our patio). The entry foyer to the building and one of the bed rooms had a hint of a strange odor that we couldn’t place, but it wasn’t unbearable. The location was walkable to tourist areas but not in the tourist areas.

The hotel should initiate WhatsApp connections right after the booking otherwise it would be a bit messy. My code became invalid during my stay. Though WhatsApp and the correct contact number this problem was solved but it did take me a while to get contact information right.

The property is modern, well equipped and ideally located for exploring Sevilles many attractions. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and when we did encounter minor problems with the coffee machine communication and support from the host was excellent. The only thing to note is the balcony is westerly facing (in the penthouse) and does not get sun until mid afternoon, we visited late October so with the chilly mornings it was too cold to enjoy breakfast outside but great for an evening beer and sunset.
