"Globally ok but a little bit disappointing For 5* hotel, No smart tv, personal not very helpful or friendly"

"It’s a great experience. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is new and comfortable. There is near LRT station, has a mall below and provides a shuttle bus service to IOI mall."

"From letting me stay in my room for an extra 8 hours (for a small fee) to the absolutely laid on breakfast buffet and the ultra-friendly staff, I highly recommend this VERY clean, wonderful hotel to anyone...I will be back - Thank you everyone for an AWESOME stay 🙏👌👍💯"

"Excellent hotel close to airport with a airport shuttle service. Good for short stay and transit"

"The ball room was good, but the guest room was not so comfortable one, because there were only a few amenities, no slippers in the room, and the carpet was not cleaned well. Meals, including served during wedding party were satisfactory."
