"The hotel is literally in the heart of kabukicho. The hotel itself is clean and welcoming despite kabukicho not being so much in the evenings. I can only recommend the hotel on two conditions. The first is if you are a die hard Godzilla fan or 2 you are young and like to party in the area. If you fall into one or both categories, then there is no better place to stay in Tokyo to enjoy your trip. If you do not fall into either category, I recommend a quieter and less crowded area to help wind down. This hotel is excellent and I certainly enjoyed myself on my birthday there."
