"What starts badly ends badly. The reception staff were quite rude, and the duty manager, Carolina, is unpleasant. My experience at the hotel was awful; I didn't feel comfortable from the first moment until the very end. The most tragic thing is that on my last day, the toilet wasn't working. A bathrobe would have been appreciated. The quality-to-service ratio is quite mediocre. The best things about the hotel are the outdoor areas, the pool, and the breakfast!"

"Uns hat es gefallen. Für den Hind war sogar ein Napf schon im Zimmer vorbereitet nebst einem kleinen Körbchen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und man konnte direkt beim hotel mit dem Hund Gassi gehen.das Frühstück war im Marche' nebenan und richtig gut. Tolle Auswahl. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht, können das Hotel aber vor allem für Hundebesitzer empfehlen."

Camere ben attrezzate e confortevoli: siamo stati ospitati in una suite family davvero bella e comodissima (con vista sul lago). Personale molto gentile e disponibile. "Very nice, small family owned & run hotel. Rooms are all suites. Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet with lots of variety and high quality. Dinner available, simple menu but very good. Nice lounge area with a simple bar. Spectacular view from our room, that has a large balcony to enjoy the view. On site parking easily accessible. There is another hotel accross the road that has a great reastaurant & bar. The staff even recommended it! Would defiantly book again!"

"Everything about this place is amazing! The huge room with beautiful views over the lake, the spotless bathroom with luxurious toiletries and plenty of towels and the wonderfully comfortable bed. Also, your breakfast was served every morning on your terrace which was the best way to start the day. Add to that the staff were all so polite but also kind, friendly and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for you. We also used the private spa which was a treat and so relaxing. I cannot recommend this...
