"This hotel is located in a ZTL zone so only specific cars or taxis are allowed to take you to the front. We had a car rental car during our stay to get to the outlets, and the property owner was kind enough to take a photo of the license plate each day to ensure we would not be ticketed for driving through the ZTL. The room was cozy and check-in was smooth. The water in the shower was slow to drain but that was our only issue. The front desk receptionist was kind enough to share some restaurant recommendations for us to try. The hotel is walking distance to major attractions and we would stay here again. "

"My fiance and I were wowed in the Wow Room, Lovely, spacious, nice balcony, quiet, which overlooked a back courtyard, instagramable. 4 short stops on the T2 Tram from the Central Station, a 25 min to the Duomo and surrounding center area. The continental breakfast was decent, no cooked to order options and most of all the manager and staff were thee nicest, they went out of their way to make our stay in Florence most memorable. "

"So this little hotel is in a very busy area - simply trying to walk down the street with your luggage feels like you’re navigating an obstacle course. At 2 am we were watching from our balcony the drunk people down on the street (very amusing). That being said, it’s in a very convenient location if you’re there to see the sights of Florence. We were able to walk to almost everything. The furthest away point of interest in our itinerary was probably the Piazzale de Michelangelo where people go to watch the sunset. The staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar served as a lovely way to sit and relax with a glass of wine after a long day of walking and sightseeing. And the breakfast is so good! For the price you really can’t go wrong here! "
