It was in a good location with a decent cafe, a convenience store at the ground floor, and the subway just steps away. Requested additional pillows because there was only 1 pillow for each person but we were told there were none available. Overall, a pleasant experience and would book again in the future.

チェックインの際に

ネットで事前予約してるのにパスポートを出してもバウチャーを要求されてないと言ったらチェックインできないと言われた。 バウチャーがなくて予約際の携帯番号で確認してもらったけど、パスポートでチェックインできなかった経験は40年近くの旅行経験で初めて！ 前泊まった時はこんなことなかったけどな。 僕の理解不足かなぁ… このホテルはもう2度行くことはないな。

At the time the property was not running the air conditioning in the rooms. It was a warm weekend and opening the windows to sleep was not good either since there was traffic noise. The property did not have a fan for use either. I will stay here again only when the air conditioner is working in the building.

숙소는 아주 좋았지만 많은 후기에서 말하듯 청결상태는 많이 불량하였다. 처음들어갔을때 수많은 머리카락들이 침대에서 발견되고 바닥에도 있었던 것을 보고 경악했다. 그러니 이것 외에는 크게 흠잡을 것 없이 편안했다.

전보다는 조금 아쉬워지는 듯..

첫날 밤 11시쯤 늦은 체크인을 했는데 배정받은 방의 에어컨필터가 청소가 안되어있는지 검은 가루같은게 계속 나왔어요. 그리고 냉방도 더뎌서 이래저래 불편했네요. 하지만 시간이 너무 늦어서 그냥 하루 불편하게 잤네요. 주차나 위치는 좋습니다. 고객응대는 평범하구요. 다만 미리미리 객실정비는 잘 확인했음 좋겠네요.

가격에 비해 방이 넓었고 높은 층으로 주셔서 view도 좋았어요. 편하게 쉬고 왔네요. 편의시설이 주변에 많아서 방에서만 놀아도 불편함이 없었습니다. 약간의 아쉬움이라면 아무래도 오래되다보니 여러 집기들이 낡은것이라거나, 앉아서 놀았는데 바닥이 아주 깔끔하지는 않았던 것이랄까요. 그래도 대체로 만족합니다.

편리한 위치, 무난한 가성비 레지던스

이사때문에 중간에 15일정도 묶었습니다. 시설이 낡지만 그런대로 가격대비는 무난한 수준입니다. 중간에 보일러가 고장나서 한번 방을 옮겼는데, 레지던스다 보니 짐이 많은데 아무도 도와주지 않아서 고생했습니다. 방 이동의 귀책이 고객이 아니라면 방 이동시 도와주는 세심한 배려가 필요할 것 같습니다. 기타 위치나 가격 등의 가성비 조건은 괜찮습니다.
