アメニティーはタオル、バスタオル、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、歯磨き粉、500mlの水、です。 ツインを予約したところ、ファミリールームが空いたとのことでそちらに案内していただけました。キッチンと冷蔵庫付きの2DKの部屋を2名で広く使え、快適でした。 主寝室はエアコンありでしたが、シングルベッド1つのもうひと部屋はエアコンなし、扇風機のみだったので、真夏はつらいかもしれません。キッチンは簡単な調理器具や皿があり、買ってきたものを盛り付けたりカットして食べるのには問題ありません。水回りの掃除に神経質なタイプの方は清潔さが足りないと感じるかも。個人的には４日宿泊して外食ですませるかぎり問題なかったです。 初日に昼過ぎに外出したところ、ルームクリーニングの札を出しておきましたがタオルの交換などがなく、次の日からは外出するタイミングで受付の方にクリーニングをお願いするようにしました。 ホンデ駅からのアクセスも良く、宿のまわりには魅力的なレストランやショッピング施設がありました。

Yeonnam Rooftops

The rooftop apartment is clean and nice. The ceiling is quite low so if you're above 175cm tall, it might be a bit uncomfortable. Also, the shower/bathroom space is quite cramped. But, the beds are nice, you have immediate access to the rooftop garden space, and it's quiet. Plus, it's nested in the incredible foodie paradise of Yeonnamdong.

This guesthouse was very clean and in a perfect neighborhood for good food and drinks. The manager was kind and almost immediately available when I arrived unannounced. The bed is hard but that can be overlooked because of the overall cleanliness, condition, and cost of this stay. Very satisfied.

All in all a good stay

If you're looking for something good and cheap, with nice quality in a nice location, this is the place to stay at. I was going to visit Seoul to meet and stay with my girlfriend and we're surprised of how nice the place was. The place was cozy, near Hongdae station and lots of restaurants & stores nearby. Mr Kim was an awesome host who helped with anything I needed. Daily cleaning available as well if you want. The toilet and fridge could be a bit cleaner but all in all I highly recommend it. I'm most definitely coming back here next time I visit Korea :)

いつもお世話になっているゲストハウスなので、何の不便もありませんでした。お土産を買ってゲストハウスに配達して貰う時も、ちゃんと対応して頂けたので大変助かりました。韓国語が少し出来ればなんの問題もないと思います！また利用します。

事前にLINEでオーナーさんと連絡を取り、とても親切にしていただきました。チェックイン時も深夜にも関わらず快く対応していただき、本当にありがたかったです。 私が宿泊したのは屋上の部屋で一室しかなく、他に宿泊している方に殆ど会わなかったのも個人的には良かったです^^ ただシャワーとトイレが同じ、かつとても狭い、シャンプー等の設置は無し、常に下水臭くじめじめしている、コップやシーツの清潔感の無さなど、テンションが下がる点も少なくはなかったです。 しかし立地もとてもよく、周りに飲食店や話題のショップがたくさんあり、コンビニも近いので滞在中とても楽しめました！

The alleyways can get a bit confusing but the guesthouse overall was fantastic and the host was very accommodating to my needs. I was very thankful to stay here and was a great area to explore!

Second stay here. Utterly disappointing!

My wife and I stayed here 3 years ago and it was lovely. So, we wanted a weekend break in Seoul and we thought we'd try it again. What a mistake. Three years have passed and the guesthouse has gone completely downhill. Our room was stuffy, uncomfortable and the bathroom was disgusting. I don't think anyone cleans that bathroom because there was mold growing between the wall tiles. We asked to have our room changed but they could only change our room on the final night of our stay. The room they moved us to was better, but the bathroom was still dirty. Overall our stay was very bad. It's a relief that the guesthouse is in a fantastic area. We tried to stay outside and explore Seoul as much as we could, just so we didn't have to go back to the room. Utterly disappointing.

大好きなゲストハウスで何回も利用していますが、タオルやティッシュの補充がちゃんとできていなかったのと、シャワールームの掃除がいまひとつ行き届いていなかったのが残念でした。でも、立地もいいし、オーナーさんもとても親切でいい方なので、また利用したいと思っています。

真的不懂為什麼這guest house在網路的評分這麼高

住的是最頂樓的房間,房間很小,兩位身型小的女生同時在屋裡走動都有點困難。房間裡的桌子和床套被子塵埃蠻多。供電插頭極少。洗手間很小,不是乾濕分離也幾乎沒有放衣服的空間也算了,重點是廁所門跟洗臉盆的(膠)去水管是壞的, 洗手洗臉的水最後都會弄髒腳。過了兩天實在受不了就想自己把水管整理一下,才發現水管只是用普通的膠紙黏住囧,會一直鬆掉。水壓有點小,花灑有漏水。屋頂房外就是公共區域的天台,要有心理準備即使很晚外面還是有其他住客在聊天喝酒。沒有電梯,check out時要自己搬行李下樓。位於弘大新興起的cafe/bar區域內,不太建議女生自己一個人入住。 兩位負責人都很友善。 整體來說是真的不懂為什麼評分會這麼高。

ダブルルーム？に一人で二泊三日泊まりました。 空港線、ホンデイック駅地下鉄の駅からも、思ったよりまあまあ距離あります。 ただ周りにはいろいろちいさなお店やバーがあるのでランチとかカフェ軽食には困りませんが、開店時間が全部正午くらいなので、モーニング的なのができるチェーン店のカフェが無くて個人的には少し不便でした。 ホンデから散歩なら楽しいと思います。夜は週末だったからか深夜まで笑い声が結構部屋まで聞こえてきて、少し寝つきにくかったです。ベットも寝心地良すぎるという口コミ有りましたがかなり硬かったですよ…バスタオルとかシーツもシミとか髪の毛とかちょっと目立ちます。 ただオーナーさんはすごい親切で、対応も感じが良いです。それだけに部屋が少し残念ですねえ…

I Seoul this place

This place is located in a wonderful area and a 10 minute walk to the subway station (Hongik Univ. Station). Also nearby is Hongdae and great artist neighborhood and much more to do and eat. The hotel has good service and it even provided a breakfast (cereal/toast). The owner was wonderful and made himself available for anything we may have needed.

極差的民宿

天台屋樓底極矮，我175cm貼住個天花，沖涼要烏低身，如果唔係洗頭時就洗埋廁所天花。 床單，枕頭套有污積。 房內物件有塵，沒有認真打掃。 房間空間尚可，但放行李位置、雜物、衣物位置極度不足。 （本來睇到評語唔錯先booking,但實際相差很還。）

ここでの評価の高さと口コミから期待をして予約をしました。結果からいうとリピートはないです。良い点はオーナーの方々の人の良さと、お洒落なカフェが集まるヨンナムドン という立地であることだけ。 私達が耐えられなかったほど嫌な点は、水回り。下水の臭いなどは特にしませんでしたが、とにかくシャワーがひどい。圧は激弱、ちょうど良い温度にするも使う内に熱湯になったり冷水になったり。排水口も、上だけ綺麗に掃除してあり、結局中は掃除されていないようですぐに詰まり溢れてきます。なのでシャワーも休み休み使ったり工夫しないと排水口から溢れかえってきた汚水が足元まできます。ベッドのシーツも食べ物をこぼしたようなシミがあり、リラックスして寝ることができません。冷蔵庫の中もなかなかの汚さで、何も入れられませんでした。特別敏感な潔癖症でもありませんが、それでも気になる汚れが多々ありました。

由旅館行到弘大入口站3號出口都只係6分鐘，附近也有不同類型食店，想食杯麵行去便利店只需2分鐘，真係好方便，環境亦十分清靜。。
