Service from the staff was exemplary. There were only two downsides. the condition of the room was the first. We booked a suite - but the room had obvious signs of wear and tear which was disappointing. The second was the executive lounge. The selection of food was much more limited compared to previous times when we have visited.

Exceeded expectations

Everything was amazing. We were greeted by an excellent front desk staff member who ensured we were able to check in early. She provided a lot of great information to make sure we were able to enjoy things such as our breakfast. The view is amazing especially at night!

바로 아래 백화점/롯데시네마 등등 있어서 편하긴하나.. 편의점등 외부로 나가려면 좀 복잡해요ㅜㅜ 그리구 해피아워는 그럭저럭하는데 조식은 좀 먹을게 없구.. 빵도 퍽퍽하고 그러네욥.. 다음에 오면 라운지나 조식은 없는걸로 올거같아요. 아! 룸서비스는 맛있었습니다! 다들 한번씩 시켜드셔보셔요!ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 맛나용:-)

자녀들과의 호캉스

딸 2명 데리고 여행했습니다. 호텔이 다른 호텔에 비해 큰 편이라서 3명이 자는 데 전혀 무리가 없습니다. 그리고 바로 옆에 현대백화점 디큐브시티점이 있어서 영화도 보고 편리하게 식사도 할 수 있었어요. 수영장도 있는데 수영복을 챙기지 않아서 아쉬웠습니다. 여러가지로 강추입니다.

훌륭한 객실 평범한 부대시설

객실 상태와 뷰는 명불허전 최상! 조식은 신선하고 다양하지만 음식 퀄러티 자체는 중간정도. 조리된 음식이 드라이 하고 푸석한 느낌. 쌀국수 육수는 정말 맛있음. 수영장은 좁고 여럿이 이용하기에 한계가 있음.

가격대비 훨씬 더 나이스한 호텔

자매들과 2박 3일 호캉스로 갔는데 아주 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 생각보다 수영장은 운이 좋았는지 사람 별로 없을때 가서 여유롭게 했고 헬스장도 기구다양하고 넓어서 좋았구요 룸도 넓직하고 보통 서울시내 호텔 좋은곳 가도 3인 성인 이상 찾으면 패밀리트윈 봐도 더블1 싱글1인 곳 찾기도 어려운데 더블2 이 있어서 침대도 커서 괜찮았습니다 생각보다 신도림에서 보는 서울시내 뷰는 탁 트여서 더 굿이었구요 기회되면 한번 더 다녀올 생각입니다

체크인때 손님이 밀려도 자세히 안내해 주시기 바랍니다.

청결도나 시설 모두 만족하였습니다. 그런데, 클럽룸 더블베드2 ,2인 조식포함상품을 이용하였는데, 체크인 할 때 2곳 모두 이용이 가능하다고 하였으나, 안내문에는 피스트 이용시 1인당 44000원 추가로 안내되어 있었서 41층 피스트 를 이용하지 못하고, 38층 클럽룸을 이용하였습니다. 체크아웃할때나 추가비용없이 이용할 수 있다는 것을 알게되어 전일 데스크 안내직원이 원망스러웠습니다.

뷰만 좋고 성급대비 좀 부족했던 호텔

평소에도 집에서 가까워서 이용하고 싶었지만 좀 촌스러운 카페트에 성급 및 가격대비 아쉬운 점이 많아 망설여졌지만 이번엔 늦게 예약하는 바람에 쉐라톤 디큐브에 간건데 서비스는 어느 호텔 만큼 친절하시고 욕조 없는 방을 선택하니 고층으로 배정해 주셔서 뷰는 탁 트여서 좋았어요. 욕실 물도 잘 나오고 침대도 커서 잘 썼구요. 역시나 좀 촌스러운 카페트에 좀 오래 되어 보이는 가구들에... 욕실 내 어메니티는 어디 브랜드인지는 모르겠으나 그냥 그랬어요. 그래도 물은 넉넉히 주시더군요.

방음나쁨

모든게 다 좋았으나 윗층인지 옆인지 새벽 1시까지 노래 크게 틀고 쿵쿵거리고 소리지르고 시끄러워서 늦게 잤네요. 컴플레인 걸려다가 그냥 어차피 하룻밤만 자는거라…방음이 별로네요. 다른건 다 좋았습니다

가족여행 만족스러웠어요.

요청했던 부분을 다 수용해주셔서 만족스러운 여행이었습니다. 아이 침대가드가 다만 망가져있었는지 흔들흔들 부실하긴 했는데 자다가 떨어지고 말았네요. 그부분만 조금 아쉽지만 뷰와 시설면은 모두 만족스럽운 여행이었습니다.

결혼하고 신랑한테 허락 맡구 친구랑 호캉스 즐긴건데 와인 서비스와 클럽 라운지 조식 이용이 좋았어요 사람 너무 붐비지 않게 조정도 하고 무엇보다 침구가 너무 깨끗해서 욕실과 심지어 와인잔까지 지문 자국 하나 없더라구요 조용히 대학시절 얘기하면서 친구랑 야경에 와인한잔 하니 넘 좋았어여
