Heart of the city

Overall it was a good choice. The location was amazing in the sense that it was connected (underground) to Seoul Station making travel within the city a breeze. Some great restaurants and convenience stores were either nearby or at the base of the property. Room was nicer than expected… would definitely consider staying here again!

The hotel is connected to Seoul station but is actually quite a bit of a walk to get to. There are lots of restaurants right outside. The location is good if you need to access Seoul station, but there will be a lot of walking involved either way.

The problem is smoking area. I don't care about the NO smoking. Many smokers went to the outside. But there are no private or public smoking area. So, many people rubbish after smoking on the road. I got portable ash tray, but many people just rubbish. I think the hotel should think about it. It is not really good.

The hotel is conveniently located with direct connections to the subway and airport train. The staff at the from desk were very helpful and knowledgeable of the city. I liked the friendliness and kindness they showed to me at all times.
