The hotel is in the good condition. The owner was very niceand really good take care of us. The place is really near subway, bus station for going to airport, hongdae shopping street. Moreover, every morning, there was easy continental breakfast for us.
However, there was only two bathrooms and the downstairs was very strong smell.
If they improve this, this was really recommended place to stay during ypur vacation time.
Great location in Hongdae! Super close to all of the metro areas and close to the main road! John was super friendly and very nice to accommodate and help with a better room!
I decided not to stay (even though I had prepaid and was told it couldn't be refunded) when I discovered there was no lock on the door. I was told that I could use a small lockable cabinet for 'anything important', but there was no means of locking the door to my 'private' bedroom/bathroom. Also, I ended up spending half an hour outside the property in the cold as I'd arrived later than anticipated (but still within the check-in hours stipulated in the description). The message on the (locked) front door instructed me to telephone to get access info - but I had no phone service in Korea. I eventually managed to call on my friend's phone and got instructions to get inside, only to discover the lack of a lock. Otherwise the room appeared reasonably clean and comfortable, but it was really cold and I was told there was no way to adjust the temperature within the room. The underfloor heating apparently should have been on, and the person I spoke with didn't understand why it wasn't.
Close to Hongda’s busiest shopping district and subway station, the hotel is quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a good experience.
