I booked for five days and couldn’t even last past the second day. They have zero system for handling cancellations or complaints. No manager, no accountability, no support—just chaos. The only thing this place has going for it is the location. Everything else is a joke."

"Very unique interior. We stayed in one of their corner suites. The bath tub leaked although we didn’t use it. Other than that, the room was beautiful and staffs were very friendly and polite. San (forgive me if I got his name wrong. He has British accent) at the concierge desk was amazing. He answered my questions in details and made excellent recommendations. We will definitely stay here again. Lobby cafe has brunch available from 11am. Their breakfast buffet is good too. "
