Good placement for the hotel. Decoration is a bit dated but I’m not complaining about that. Hotel is right on top of shopping and lots of restaurants and bars and a 5 minute walk from Sendai starion

Great hotel. Ask for a corner room if possible… mine was huge. Housekeeping staff, as always in Japan, extremely friendly and courteous. For the price it’s outstanding.

The hotel location is great as it's right inbetween the shopping streets. They also had great amenities to use. The umbrellas in the entrace were great as it was rainy during our stay. The bed was nice and comfy to sleep in and standardly spacious for two people. The bathroom was also quite big which was a nice plus! Definietly recommend staying here as it's a reletively cheap option (even with a relatively late booking).

The room was a bit small and difficult to move around in. Check-in starts exactly at 3 pm, which caused a crowd to form at the front desk, where space is quite limited. The elevator is also quite small. However, the location was great—there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

チェックイン、チェックアウトが自動。はじめての利用で戸惑う。スタッフはカウンター越しに遠まきに声をかけるだけ。何を言っているかわからない。他に客がいなかったのでアシストして欲しい。 朝7時に食堂が開くが7:20頃食堂へ行ったら食べるものが殆ど無い。 残飯のように、おかずをスプーンで寄せ集めて食べた。

ラウンジが最高です。コーヒー無料なのも嬉しい。きっとまた利用します。 ただ、ベッドがあまりにも硬すぎます。私の人生のなかで、間違いなく一番硬いベッドです。キャンプマットを次からは持参予定です。
