I would like to mention that I think that they should redo the carpet at least on the second floor that was the floor I was on because there’s bleach stains and it’s little unappealing when you’re walking down the hall to your room, but the room, immaculate beautiful I love the amenities the restaurant one of the best I’ve had at hotel food and drinks were superb and I would definitely recommend and stay there again on my next visit. "Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others. "I would give the Terra Nova 3 stars. The main reason for this lower rating was the state of the bathroom, the toilet had a clear seal applied right over a layer of black grime, leaving it looking absolutely dirty. For a high-end hotel, I definitely expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail."
