"What more could you ask for than a property where the supermarket (and many eateries) are around the corner and the bus stop is opposite the front door. Rayrigg is perfectly located, with a bus every 20 mins to take you to the railway station (about a 10 minute walk) or to other towns in the District. "Perfectly situated hotel, easily walkable into Bowness and all its attractions. The Belsfield has beautiful grounds and although maybe could do with a slight refresh it’s still a beautiful hotel with lots of charm and character. Breakfast was good and speedily served. Magnificent view of lake
"View from room was beautiful. Room condition was acceptable. Breakfast was basic buffet with cold cuts,cereal ,fruits , simple pastry ,coffee from automatic coffee machine. No hot food included in booking such as eggs or full English breakfast ,You have to pay more for that. "
