"Lovely little place. Perhaps more a guest house than a hotel, but it met our needs perfectly for a 2-night stay in transit through St Maarten - clean, comfortable, with fridge, cooker etc., 5 minutes from the airport, walking distance to several shops and lots of restaurants, and literally right on the beach. We will be back next time we need to stop over in St Maarten"
"The property location is excellent.. it's within walking distance to a majority of the areas night time hot spots, which is very convenient because parking is so hard to find if you are going to Nowhere Special, Lotus nightclub, or Captain Rib Shack to name a few in the vicinity. On-site parking is free. My studio suite was a great size. King bed was large enough to roll around twice without falling off. I had no ambitions of using the rooftop jacuzzi at first, but things change, caught myself...

"Hotel staff was amazing. Leave the hotel walk right out to the beach, where you get free chairs, umbrella, and towels. On site restaurant food was ok. Hotel is locales in the middle of the business district, Down less busy time everything closes early so not a lot of restaurant choices in the evening.
Room was very clean, a lot of space for storage. Had balcony that looks over the beach. ."
