The service at the Cinnabear restaurant was not great but she gave us some compensation for not taking our dinner order correctly. It think the hotel was good overall but I would still rather stay at one of the nicer rooms at the Crystal lodge instead. Did not like that the ski storage locker was in the back of the hotel and only took skis and not boots or poles. The parking spaces in the parking garage are small and...

"The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...

"Great place for pets, spacious rooms/suites which are especially comfortable for larger dogs. Very friendly and accommodating staff! :) "

"Liked the room with a kitchen. We got the jacuzzi tub which we loved. The room needs some updating. For example, the reading lights beside the bed were removed with no replacement. There were cracked tiles. Staff were friendly and we easily got extra items like towels."

"Enjoyed the loft. Room was clean and cute. Location was great. No utensils in the kitchen. No coffeemaker. Staff was a bit cold. Not very welcoming. No way to lock ski gear in the storage room. Hot tub was disgustingly dirty. "

"I tried to pay my last day parking at the fron desk twice. Did not get a clear explanation why not. I went down in the morning prior to skiing, nobody there. I wnet agaiin a half hour later noboday there. The manager got mad at me when I told him it would be nice have some service. The entire week, I got one change of towels. He blamed me for not answering my hotle phone, how could I , I was out skiing, He could have called my cell phone or left me a text message. Wow, not very good service...
