"Lovely hotel centrally located but after having stayed at 5 stars all over Europe, I’d say this place has yet to learn more about what it means to provide 5 star service. As a family traveling with a 7 year old were surprised to learn upon arrival that the pool was only available from 8am-11am for our child, The concierge wasn’t very helpful or offered any insights for our stay in Porto. For a small-ish property you’d expect more personalized service. Facilities are great there is no doubt...

"The difference is that you are comparing Europe to the USA, and they are just different. I think the location is pretty good, and the balcony (although really small) is really nice. For the price, I think it's a pretty good deal, but...I don't know what the price is now..."

"Appartement hat ein gute Lage und ist geräumig. Klima wirkt jedoch nur für Wohnbereich und Küche, nicht für Schlafzimmer. Appartment ist zweckmäßig, aber vieles in unzureichendem technischen Zustand. Zudem sehr hellhörig. Personal in der nahegelegen Rezeption ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Küche war rudimentär ausgestattet und würde von uns nicht genutzt."

"Stayed at the Arts Hotel on two separate occasions over a two week period with the location proving ideal for our requirements. On both occasions we received a friendly welcome from the front office team with effective, efficient and smooth check-ins, nothing was to much bother for them and they dealt with any issues or enquiries we had speedily and effectively. "Unbeatable location and very helpful staff at the front desk. They were very accommodating when we wanted to change rooms. My only issue with this hotel is the carpet- it’s like a plastic indoor/outdoor carpet that is dark and pretty gross. I don’t know how they clean it. But it’s still a great hotel."
