"Spacious apartment - loved having a separate living space and bedroom so that when one of us was up earlier or later than the other, we could move around without waking them up. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. The location is great - loved having the town escalators right next to us for easy access to the top of the hill. San Domenica was a short walk up the stairs and it was easy to catch the bus there to the train...

"Excellent service! Great communication. A beautiful set up for our family with two rooms. Very accommodating and we loved the slippers. Elevator was great for luggage. A must stay in a beautiful and centrally located area."

"The place is very cozy, our room was big, the bathroom perfect, perfect location right in the piazza il campo. With a lot of restaurants, points of interest. I really recommend the Palazzo del papa.
We had a common area with the other rooms and we get courtesy water, coffee, tea and some snacks.
Hamza is the person in charge I can’t describe how awesome he was, very polite, worried about how we were doing, he gave us a lot of information about the city, places to eat, he recommended Antica...

"The room we were assigned was immense. The views from the 2 double french doors was amazing - in the corner of the piazza right next to the tower. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom quite modern and spacious. The room must be used for parties orother events as it was much much larger than any room we've ever stayed in. "Perfect location to explore Siena, right on the Campo. The apartment was warm and comfortable. As to be expected in such a central location, the noise & music from then restaurants on the piazza was loud till the early hours on Saturday night (so bring earplugs) but the other night was fine. "
