"Absolutely beautiful site with large swimming pool and spa. The buildings are over 100 years old with trees around. Extremely large front garden. Great for pictures. Exceptional venue for wedding. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would love to stay here again. Thank you."

"Very nice staff, very clean room, nice clean bathroom nice shower over the bath plenty of hot water good water pressure, 2 small bottles of shampoo and body wash and a small bar of soap towels provided. Nice room with desk and chairs the bed was comfortable. Not enough power points to charge your phone/laptop/watch no USB points especially difficult if two people have items to charge at the same time maybe bring an extension lead/plug. Car parking is charged and expensive especially if staying...

"Really can't fault it. Clean, posh, good location. Dropped our bags off early and they had been taken to our room for us by night check in. Free water was needed after a festival in crazy heat. Staff all very nice"

"The room and the entire property was very well presented and fresh. The restaurant was also exceptional with top level table service and a great menu. Only negatives are that road facing room was a little noisy during the morning and evening rush hours and the security light in the room was quite intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stop over."

However I was not impressed with the room servicing, it had something on the floor that was left there and the shampoo bottle I used was left there as I had left it not replenished either. The bed was not made properly. I understood that there will be less facility due to three star status but did expect better room attendance. I ate in the restaurant and was disappointed.
