"Room overlooked the beach. The housekeeping was 50/50 didn’t fully clean the rooms as they should. The young lady that help us with the activities in the front was GREAT "

"Stayed at Divi with my family. Great location. The pools well kept but on the small side, Beach is perfect though. Staff was helpful with special shout out to Devon who serves on the beach from Gizmos. Lew was a great bartender at Gizmos too. The rooms are dated but we didn't go to spend time in the room. Can't say enough about the location located on a beautiful peninsula."

"We really wanted to leave a good review of Villa du Kapress because the staff were so lovely and overall the villa is really nice, we also had one of our best meals here while we were on St.Maarten. "View was spectacular. Food at resort was primo as well. Beach is "open from 10-6" meaning if you want service, towel, or chair its 10-6. You can still take an early morning dip. Valet was chill, staff was chill. View again was great. Rainbow cafe is two/three doors down. Cool spot, but they party over there until midnight on the weekends. "The hotel itself was average and clean, the kids were happy because they mainly wanted to enjoy the pool and the sea — and those needs were met. What really affected our stay, though, was how we were treated by some of the staff. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced this before in parts of the Caribbean, and it’s disappointing every time. "Everything that we need is there perfectly. Loved the view from the room , modern decor, lovely breakfast and of course, warm concierge. She even made a reservation for the dinner at a great restaurant nearby. Location is pretty convenient for all the best beaches in St. Martin. We’re definitely coming back ! "

"i wish they would mention that there are renovated houses and non renovated. had to find out upon arrival that we will be staying at the not remodeled version. also, their check in is at 3 pm. expedia said its at 2 pm. so that one hour was a big difference for us since we still came on early- at around 12:30. coffee machine was at the kitchen, but no coffee was anywhere to find. in general, it would be not bad 3 start, but definitely not better than that and cost way too much "
