"You have to book cleaning asap, otherwise they won’t clean your room/replace your towels. For a four night stay we didn’t get a single cleaning even though we were told there’s mandatory cleaning days. The location was a good 12mn walk from the metro station, other than that it’s good, you get what you pay for. "

"I reserved the executive studio based on the photos you published on your site . the room is not corresponding to the photos and it is more the same like normal studio with a different coffee machine and beverages . dont understand how such error is coming from your respectable site . iwill attach the photos which you need to compare it with yours "

"Breakfast was good, it could benefit from fresh fruit like melon and grapes, and maybe a better selection of lacto free options. Our first and only dinner in the restaurant was unfortunately a huge disappointment as the food was obviously microwaved and it was still cold when it came to the table. Overall the hotel experience was very good, situated in a great place with easy access to central Paris. Beds where comfortable and no noise from the street or other patrons. Underground parking for a fair fee per night. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family."
