"Phones did not work in the hotel room. Breakfast selection was not outstanding but was adequate. Awakened at 2:40 AM with a couple fighting in the hallway both verbally and physically. Had the phone been working in our room I could have called the front desk to report. At times during the night the air conditioning stopped cooling. could have provided bottled water in the refrigerator as the icemaker on the third floor was not working so we had to go to another floor to get ice."

"Hotel is very nice but this was our third stay and possibly our last. The breakfast is very lacking and has been in the past. The oatmeal was barely cooked, the waffle machine was not working, no fruit except a few oranges and no pastry. Also, our “hot”water was barely warm. Very disappointed"

"The rooms need upgrading. The hotel also does not offer a full complimentary breakfast — only waffles and oatmeal. There is no workout facility available either. Additionally, Melissa King at the front desk advised me that late checkout is not available. Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM, and even if you’re willing to pay, a later checkout is still not permitted. Because of these issues, I will not be returning. ⭐️🏨❌"

"Though the property was well maintained, the owners need to remodel the rooms up to the standard of the average Americas Best value. The TV was nearly impossible to operate and was more than 15 years old. The bed and furniture needs replacing."
