"Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Room and bathroom large and comfortebole. Breakfast good and varius. The location of hotel is far from the hold part of the city but the bus stop is very close as the bus stop to arrive near the airport. "

"Very convenient location in old town. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Only complaint was parking. Very hard to get in and out of parking space although staff did help me navigate. City does not seem to give tickets to people who park illegally and block you in your parking space."

"Very clean hotel, fantastic location. Very clean with lots of natural sunlight with great views. It’s across the street from the old town. Also a 5-10 minute walk from other attractions. I originally stayed at a hotel about a 15 minute drive and finding taxis can be challenging so I switched to the Ornament and I’m so happy I did. The staff at the Ornament Hotel were very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends."

"The biggest advantage of Hotel Europe Sarajevo is its location. It's very convenient, being close to many of Sarajevo's main attractions and just a short walk from Baščaršija, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff do a fantastic job keeping everything clean. The waiters were also excellent throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, and professional. Another useful feature is that the hotel has its own currency...
