"First time booking an apartment and no regrets. Large main room and bedroom as well as excellent bathroom. Everything you need to either eat in the apartment or take advantage of the multitude of bars, restaurants and cafes in the Town centre. Large screen smart TV with a the usual apps already installed. Full crockery and cutlery with coffee machine, microwave, kettle and large fridge with freezer compartment. Communication from Roy the manager was superb and ensured everything went smoothly...

"Very happy with our sojourn at the Aparthotel. Jess was a great ambassador for the company, and made checking in very easy. She coped with professional competence when the WiFi died, and updated us when it was fixed. Highly recommended. "

"Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

"Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

"The main road is noisy until the traffic dies down later on in the evening. The metal framed windows, even when shut, let through a high volume of road traffic noise. It was a period of unusually high temperatures by day and night when we stayed and the room we stayed in was in the loft space and therefore really warm and so the windows had to be kept open most of the time. This is by no means a complaint merely a note for other people who stay in the loft apartment who may not be as comfortable...

"Overall our stay was good. Service was really lacking though. There is a lot of reliance on digital solutions for the customer experience but it really isn’t great and trying to get hold of a human is hard. Common sense seems to have departed this world now. Our room was really nice but the balcony was so tired and needed a deep clean. Really old cobwebs everywhere just making it look tired and unloved. Spa was nice but again trying to work out how to just go for a swim took us physically going...

"The hotel was OK but seemed a little tired and had no air con in the bedrooms and as it was a hot day sleep proved difficult. A fan was provided which helped a little. We didn't have time to use the leisure facilities so cant comment. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. We had a little walk around the area, not much around a supermarket and couple of places to eat if you didn't want to eat in the hotel, probably wouldn't have done this had it not been light as don't know the area but...
