"Lovely base with plenty of nice restaurants close by!"

"Perfect spot in the center close to everything and restaurants things to do"

"I was very pleased with my stay. This hotel has some amazing views of the city. The staff was extremely helpful. I had an issue with my room's a/c upon checking in and they worked to get me moved to a different room quickly. The parking is a bit tight, but manageable. The food at the restaurant was great. The services at the spa are reasonably priced. While it's not necessarily easily to walk into town, you can get a quick Bolt ride into city center."

"Todo muy bien, buena ubicación en Funchal y el personal muy atento"

"The location and views were amazing, but unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. There was an overwhelming smell of vinegar in the room, and the patio was covered in ants, which really detracted from the experience. We were also shocked to discover that pool towels cost €10. "Very beautiful and clean property. Close to absolutely everything! I just wish their gym would have been open."

"Absolutely stunning and perfect in every way. We couldn’t have been happier with our 5 night stay here. Every member of staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect and the breakfast was amazing too. Such a beautiful looking hotel and in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby too. Only 15 minute walk to central Funchal. If we come back to Madeira we would book here again 100%."

"Great location. Clean rooms. Has a nice rooftop pool with a nice view."

"This is an amazing property with an amazing staff! Great location!"

"Basic but clean rooms and breakfast had a great variety of fruit"

"A beautiful hotel with a diverse garden. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious."
