The front desk staff went above and beyond—they were able to accommodate our luggage when we arrived and again when we left and they even let us check in early, which was such a lifesaver after a long tiring trip. The hotel was spotless, in a fantastic location, and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Truly made our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

"We were a very large group and we all had a great experience. The location was fantastic and very close to main areas of Lisbon. The rooms were modern and clean, and the check in process was very easy. The only con was the breakfast which was cold and not worth the 22 euro charge. There are many restaurants in the vicinity."

If you have stair issues this hotels elevator only goes to the 3rd floor and stair the balance to 4-5th. Staff are happy to help with luggage. "A really nice, clean, well appointed apartment in a convenient location.
Very helpful staff and we liked the use of a code to gain access to our apartment, rather than a key.
The car park is very secure and a real bonus, although pay attention to the maximum vehicle size as access is via a lift and it's a tight squeeze! Also be aware that Google maps will take you to a parallel street, which caused us some confusion, but was sorted out with the help of the very nice staff, who came out to meet...

"Beautiful top floor room with balcony & air conditioning- absolutely loved it! We handled the steep climb and it was worth it. The staff are absolute gems - so friendly and helpful and yet very professional. The area is full of good bars and restaurants but the hotel itself is on a quiet street just off a park. Close to central Lisbon and the sights - this is a great place to retreat to. Staff recommended restaurants were excellent too"
