Easy access to restaurants and Junior College. Quiet. Very simple. No frills. Needs lamp lights by the bed. Parking right out the door. Not sure why it’s called an Inn. It’s a motel.

Nice, clean updated rooms. Convenient for visiting Santa Rosa JC. Lots of food options withing walking distance. It would have been great to have a place to hang out while my teenagers slept in the mornings--a chair and umbrella outside the room would have been awesome.

Great location not far from 101 hwy. Clean property and room. Newly installed LVT floor and shower were a great upgrade! However, the beds were very uncomfortable. Mattress was very hard, pillows needed to be replaced, blanket was thin and did not warm at all. I woke up tired and couldn't wait to get off the bed.

Great value

The room was exactly like the pictures shown here. Our room looked new and clean. The hotel is walking distance (within 5 minutes) to many restaurants and a community grocery store. We will stay here again!

The room was clean and had the basics we needed (microwave, refrigerator, etc.) We chose this place because of its nearness to the Luther Burbank Arts Center, where we were going for a show. We just needed a place to rest after a long drive, and have a meal before the show. This place was just fine and not expensive. It looked like the bathroom had recently been remodeled. It was a hot day, but the room was nice and cool. I wondered if the staff had set the A/C to cool it down for us. We would come back here again.

It was a unique reminder that a " Motel'/Inn is an excellent setting for a limited mobility person without a car to stay! I was dropped off at the drive-up office, quckly checked in and walked about 25 feet in the sunshine to my quiet corner room!
