"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Residenza Dells Arti. It was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had such a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and the care you’ve clearly put into creating such a pleasant space. The number of restaurants within walking distance was impressive. Being able to walk to the various landmarks was a plus! That being said, taxis are always close by. We highly recommend this property and hope to return...

"Not like other hotels in SO many good ways: - Greeted by Ursula like we were long lost family. - She brought in her son Lorenzo to check us in because he’s awesome. - This is a guest house, not a hotel. We had the full run of the fully stocked kitchen 24/7. - According to Lorenzo, whatever we wanted anytime was “OK”. And it was. Except that it was actually great. - Right outside our window was the ruins of the Area Sacra di Largo Argentina. Yes, the actual site of Julius Caesar’s murder....

"We had a wonderful stay at Vespucci Palace. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The area is fantastic. It’s a quiet area away from the extremely tourist spots. There are great restaurants and cafe/bars nearby filled with mostly locals. Most of the major historical sites are within walking distance or Lime scooter distance. "

"The hotel location was central for our needs. Although the room was small it had enough space to not feel too cramped for two of us. The breakfast assortment was fantastic and the overall staff is very friendly and helpful. Roscioli is just a few steps across the hotel and they have good pizza. I would stay here again. "

"The hotel was fantastic, the staff even better. We visited with our two year old daughter, and they went above and beyond to ensure all needs were met. The included: leaving toys in the room, providing baby shampoo, providing a baby cot, providing colouring sets during dinner. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough."

Excellent location with a great cafe next door and across the street. Super close to other great restaurants and close to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was immaculate, the beds were comfy and the decor was super cute. If you need a safe place to stay I would HIGHLY recommend this place.
