"Clean rooms and all areas of the hotel. The staff is friendly. A special shoutout to Rocio, Avelino, Raymundo y Manuel. We had a lovely balcony with view to the ocean that was lovely but with a lot of stairs and no elevator, unfortunately. It was too much for mom after two days of stairs everywhere. ..."
